Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with four toasts made with Gadoua white bread (the first toast i ate 3 of the 4 crusts and i ate part of 1 crust of the last toast - 3 with butter + 1 with butter and sugar spread), a salad (15% cream + iceberg lettuce) and Mikes meat lasagna, spaghetti with tomato paste, one slice of bacon and two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter and one white mushroom pan fried in the grease and butter with one egg scrambled with it.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
