Indian Pudding

I made it long ago using the Durgin Park recipe. But no one else liked it, so I haven't made it in ages. I like it with ice cream, but others insist it has to be eaten with whipped cream. Well, whatever.

Ramp Salad Saute

Ramps are Wild leeks - chop them and saute them really fast with a little garlic and olive oil - cool them off and add them to pasta, salads and anything else you can think of.
