Just came back from the beach.
The waves were small. Less than one quarter was not under the water.
It was mostly sunny. The wind was small, cold and warm.
I saw Gulls, Ducks, three other breeds of Bird, Butterflies, Bees, Oysters, Clams and three other marine animals.

I walked today, but I've left my step counter elsewhere, so I don't know how far I walked. At least three miles, I would say, including around an art exhibition.
