Yesterday I went to bed at 22:00 and got up at 6:32. I went on the beach in front of the house and watched the July 28 episode of The Daily Show on the internet. It was a very bad night and excellent day.

I had lunch with some friends I haven't seen for a long time. Then we went to a string quartet concert. They played a piece by Haydn, and Mendelssohn's final string quartet composed after the death of his sister - it's a powerful piece.
Then since it was sunny, I went for a long walk.

Yesterday I went to bed at 21:38 and got up at 6:03. I watched Rafael Nadal at the bet-at-home Open (tv), went on the beach in front of the house, ran four errands in Mont-Joli with dad, sent an email for dad and found a phone number for my parents. It was a bad night and a very bad day.
