Coffee with almond milk and stevia. Raspberry yogurt with a carmel rice cake. Lunch will be sloppy joes, potato salad and fruit. Lots of iced water and iced tea. Supper will be weenies and beans.

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Gala apple, one Nantes carrot, the rest of the poutine leftovers and a salad (iceburg lettuce and 15% cream), three Minions cookies, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in olive oil and butter, the rest of the pasta leftovers with white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with three toasts made with white bread (no crust - butter), one Gala apple, one Nantes carrot, a salad (iceburg lettuce + 15% cream), Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, spaghettini with Velveeta cheese and meat sauce, the rest of a caramel Aero, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in vegetable oil, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had four toasts with fresh white bread (no crusts - butter), one Gala apple, two raw pre-cut Pillsbury sugar Minions cookies, one Black Diamond marblelicious cheesestring, a salad (15% cream + iceburg lettuce) and food made by mom (ground beef + white boiled potatoes + sauce), white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, rotinis and Velveeta cheese and meat sauce, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Orange Crush with one white uncooked potato pan fried in butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter, one peach, Lay's wavy natural chips, three Pillsbury Minions sugar pre-cut cookies, two Black Diamond marblelicious cheesestrings, four Christie premium plus salted top crackers, all dressed pizza (took out the peperoni [ate some while doing that since i was very hungry] and the green peppers) and fries (with ketchup) from Pizzeria Le Marquis, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
