Today I did a minute run/walk on the treadmill, it was way too hot to go outside, I didn't feel like going, but I'm glad I did!

Just came back from a walk.
Today I stopped at the fourth electric pole after the forest part.
The sun was shinning. The wind was medium, warm and cold.
Almost no waves.
It is greener with more wild flowers, wild plants, flowers and plants.
I saw Ducks, Crows, Gulls, six other breeds of Bird, Butterflies, Bees and two Rabbits. One fly hit my forehead a few seconds after I went outside, one almost hit my face during the first half of my walk and one or more tiny flies bothered me a few seconds during the second half of my walk.
