Nancy, that sounds like a wonderful walk.
Today, I put Tyler in the stroller and we walked about a mile. After lunch we walked down to the end of our short street. For a 20-month old, it was a good walk.
He like to pick up pine cones, gum balls, and check out all sorts of things.

Just came back from a walk.
Today I only walked to the post office boxes.
It was cloudy. The wind was medium, warm and cold. I heard thunder three times.
Medium waves.
It is greener with more wild flowers, wild plants, flowers and plants.
I saw Ducks, Gulls, Crows and three other breeds of Birds. There was a few insects, one tiny fly bothered me.
I saw something stupid. There are now speed bumps in two places. I don't know if these idiots have also installed some the other way. Nobody here is speeding and even so it is a stupid thing to do!

The sun was shining. The wind was strong, cold and warm.

Flag Day is June 14th but we celebrated today at the VA hospital. I took Tyleer with me. We had to walk quite a distance through the parking lot to and from the building and then I walked Tyler around the hospital. It is probably 90 outside today too.
