I need to be more mindful. I'm just a snot ball of random thoughts. As a writer I can use that in my creativity. But it also makes the day go too fast.

Thanks Ladies! I am trying to be more mindful with meals myself. Eat something I like and try to take the time to enjoy it instead of rushing back to a project.

That's great Teresa. I wish I could do that. But if I eat meat and I'm mindful and in the moment, I think, "This used to be an animal." And I can't enjoy it. I'm really good at being mindful during eating if I eat plant based food. Salads, humus, veggie sandwiches, etc. Or drink cold cold icy water. Maybe I should try being a vegetarian.
