Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Orange Crush with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - 2 with butter and maple caramel + 1 with butter), Christie premium plus salted top crackers, one cheeseburger and one poutine with extra cheese and sauce from McDonald's, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Today my menu was worse than usual. Coffee with almond milk this morning (6 cups). Pizza made from crescent roll dough with diet Dr. Pepper. Lots of water, and 1 cup of apple juice.

Today was another disaster. I'm kind of going through something right now. frown I drank my usual 6 cups of coffee with almond milk early this morning. Then for breakfast and lunch I ate pizza - homemade, deep dish. Apple juice, Italian anise cookies.
Supper was mashed potatoes dripping with butter and Cajun spices.
Orange juice and diet Dr. Peppers all day long.
Can you tell I'm in a crisis? No one eats like this. This is horrible!
