Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi, water and Ginger Ale with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one giant pancake (made the Martha Stewart recipe that i found this winter - second time doing that) with corn syrup, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, Knorr creamy chicken fusilli with St-Hubert traditional coleslaw and a Les Aliments M&M poutine.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

I made some sloppy joes and fries. Drank a couple of glasses of grapefruit juice with some salt. Mainly pieced the rest of the day.

Two or three days ago I started a caramel Aero, I just realised a few minutes ago when eating some of that same bar that I had forgot to mention it, I know I did not start it yesterday.

Yesterday I had three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), some of the pasta leftovers and St-Hubert traditional coleslaw, Froot Loops (like chips), Christie premium plus salted top crackers, Selection alfredo broccoli lasagna, St-Hubert traditional coleslaw and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, part of a caramel Aero, Les Aliments M&M poutine and Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Would someone please get in touch with a administrator and stop these emails coming. I have tried to no avail to stop them. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and have a good day.

Bindy,

I think there's a place where we can opt out of getting emails when there are new posts where we have posted but I do not think that we can opt out of certain threads it is to all.

Today was an oatmeal breakfast cookie and 5 cups of coffee with soymilk. Sounds like a lot but the cups were small so it's probably more like 2 1/2 cups regular size. Lunch will be pinto beans and ham with cornbread, salad, dessert, milk and iced tea -- all for $1 at the senior center. It's only $1 if you're over 60. I think dinner will be loaded baked potato with bacon soup and crackers. I prefer a smaller evening meal. Then I snack a little on some chips and salsa at night because it's Temptation Tuesday on the Oprah channel -- (OWN).
