Just came back from a walk.

I stopped before the first electric pole after the third house.

The weather was great during my walk. The sun has not completely risen and it was hidden by clouds. No wind and except for a few seconds here and there I was comfortable.

More grass and beach is showing today. Also I could hear the water flow where the two small guard rails are.

I heard Crows and saw Ducks, Gulls and another type of Bird (small and dark - i heard them sing while i was preparing for my walk).

I'll just write a little something hoping my comment will show up; I hope all these technical issues will stop and soon!

And for a third time I will try to post something here!

Sorry about all these posts it was not showing at all when the website finally came back (it seemed fine when i came here to talk about my walk)!

Can't go to the park today since it's raining So I will go to Wal-Mart and walk a lot indoors.

Half-mile dog walk and one hour in the pool - 30 mins aerobics and 30 mins strength and flexibility moves.
I'll do another dog walk this afternoon.

Just came back from a walk.

Today I stopped at the first electric pole on the water's side.

Strong wind today but at least it is not very cold, it stopped for one or two seconds and during that time it was completely silent which scared me (only the cars on the highway i could hear) then it was like I was in a mini tornado (felt like the wind wanted to change direction) it was so strong that it was pushing me but thankfully it calmed down a little before I turned around, once I had trouble walking when coming back with that wind in my face (just 3-4 seconds) but the last minute or two (no more than 3) the wind came back strong like when I started the walk so coming back home these last moments was very hard. The sun came out a few times for a few seconds too.

A little more grass and beach showing today plus the water flow underneath the street where the two small guard rails are is very strong today. Also yesterday the water was calm with almost no waves and today there are big waves.

I heard small Birds and saw Gulls.

So far today my only exercise has been walking to the kitchen to make tea, but it's still early. For the previous three days - lovely sunny days, yay! - I walked a total of about fifteen miles.

I walked today (came here after but the website was down and finally it is now back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

I went the other way today and stopped at our postal office box which is maybe ten minutes away (its the end of the street).

The sun was up but it was when there was about one hour left for it to be completely risen (i love that time of day). Strong cold wind today, at first it was coming from the sea but before I reached the halfway mark it changed direction a little but it did not stop coming from the sea so I had the wind coming from two different sides (of course it was on my face when i turned around not on my back). Big waves today too.

I saw Gulls, Crows and two other breeds of Birds.
