I am loving your recipe for your Fresh and Minty Pea Soup. I grew up eating peas often in England (even out of the pods as a snack)...but my mum would make Minted Peas with of course fresh mint and a combo elixir of malt vinegar and sugar, briefly boiled and cooled.
You were my brainstorm for a simple and delightful little side dish from my childhood
I am definately going to try your soup. I know my girls and I will love it...my husband though - a pea hater! LOL
