Hope you feel better soon too daisybun. I had a hard time breathing today. Was an overcast, gloomy day. I hadn't had problems with my asthma in years. Ugh!

I'm in the harbor at Kirkenes, Norway. It's way off in the east of Norway, at about the same longitude as Istanbul. It's not far from the Russian boarder.

It's my hope to watch a (partial) solar eclipse this morning. The sky was nice and clear not long ago, but I've been watching clouds gather - and, of course, they're in the direction of the Sun. We're wondering if it's intending to snow again as well. The eclipse starts in about 15 mins & will be at its maximum an hour after that. The weather can change so rapidly here, we may get through several changes of weather in that time. Hope one of those changes lets us see the Sun.

If there's no blizzard going on, or impending, I may have time to go for a walk on shore before the ship sails. And perhaps at our afternoon stops.

When not watching the scenery go by, I've reading a long report on the socioeconomic impacts of large-scale solar weather events for my next article.

I am cleaning and doing laundry. I changed linens on the beds and swept the floors. Vacuuming can wait. I'm going to do some cooking and give 16 pounds of dog food away to my neighbor. His dogs will eat anything! Mine sure won't. Made calls to DirecTV and Soaring Hawk. Will also go to a consignment shop with some old jewelry to see what they offer.

Yesterday I went to bed at 4:03 and got up at 14:16. I did a small load of laundry, watched the Dallas Stars at 20:30 and The Daily Show at 0:05. It was a bad night and an horrible day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 3:37 and got up at 11:59. I ran three errands in Mont-Joli, sent an email to Coleman Canada, watched Rafael Nadal at the BNP Paribas Open and Real Time at 22:00. It was an average night and an horrible day.

My good friend Donna is coming over today so we are going to work on some crafts from recycled materials. I might go over to my storage rental and mess around with my boxes over there. I also am doing some cooking and defrosting so that we will have fresh cornbread, loaded cauliflower and some kind of main entree. Also I will bake a couple of loves of no-beer beer bread for the freezer.

Yesterday I went to bed at 2:25 and got up at 9:54. I ran one errand in Price (mom went in the post office) then six in Rimouski (Bouclair + Sears + 14:00 waxing appointment + Canadian Tire + Dollarama [the 1 in a big shopping mall] + WalMart) and two errands in Mont-Joli (dad went in IGA and McDonald's), took out a new air bed, watched Dr Phil at 18:00, put some air in the new air bed and a few minutes later my bedding on it (had to add air 4 times with the other 1 - i will not have to ship the second Coleman to get a replacement because with Canadian Tire they exchange things within 90 days + they have a 1 year guarantee with every Coleman products so either way i am ok until the date i set for myself to stop sleeping on air beds), watched Hell's Kitchen at 20:00 and The Daily Show at 23:00. It was a bad night and an horrible day.
