BellaOnline Forums Religion and Spirituality Baptist Trying to find a church

I'm still trying to find a good church fit for me. I moved several months ago for a mid-sized city to a small town and so far there hasn't been a church I've visited that has what I'm looking for - community fellowship, activities, senior outreach, etc. Maybe I'm being too picky and should just join a church a make suggestions later.

OK -- I've been to so many churches here now. I went to 4 services this past Sunday. I've decided that the real me is Pentecostal. So that narrows it down for me considerably.
I like the fact that I found a church that has Thursday night services and is Pentecostal.
But I also need a church that has loads of fellowshiping and activities going on. I could care less about the quilting groups.

Since I am selling my house and going RVing, I'm going to stop in AZ for about a month and see my old church. I really miss it -- and who knows -- just might stay longer.

Found a good church I like just 200 feet from my house! Right under my nose. Good bible study and fellowship.

Ms. T, hopefully you've found a good church! Remember it's not the denomination that counts. He always hears our prayers!

Can I get an Amen on that 200 feet.
