We are lucky here cold wise. We had two days where it was very cold but that is about it so far. The reason why I find it weird is because of all that wind we have, one would think that with strong winds during Winter months it would be cold but hey I am not complaining that is for sure  ! You should all see that strong wind though, it makes like small snow tornadoes, it is a nice sight. Also all that wind pushes the snow and just before going downstairs I looked outside and I was amazed by the huge pile of snow at the back of our yard, it must be at least five feet tall and it was not like that this morning! And for the temperature I saw two days ago that it can drop very fast here. I was eating my breakfast and it was about five degrees and less than two hours later it dropped ten degrees  .

Yesterday it was mostly cloudy and windy.
It was windy at night.
It was windy when I went to bed.
When I got up the sun was not up and it was windy.

Snowing. It was supposed to stop, but it hasn't. The County did not close schools so there are stranded buses, tons of accidents. Not much snow on the ground, but what's out there is dangerous.

I am in Ireland. Believe it or not the sun is splitting the sky! There are a few angel hair wisps of cloud. It was frosty until just after 11am. Not at all icy on the lane. So probably around the 9C, mid-to high 40s in temperature. Perfect Irish winter day.

It was windy off/on during the night.
It was windy when I went to bed.
It was mostly cloudy and windy when I got up.

It's 23 and sunny right now; this morning it was in the teens and the wind was blowing. You are right, it is too darned cold! I read that the US/North America is in a freeze but other places around the world they are in a heat wave.
