That is wonderful that you are eating more attentively! It's so true that the more we make healthy eating a habit, the more it's likely to happen. That means we feel better about ourselves, we have more energy, and we make better choices overall. It's the foundation for everything.

I suggest you slide on over to the 2014 log, so we can start fresh with our brand new year!

Yesterday I had Rougemont apple cocktail and Pepsi (i also maybe drank some Orange Crush) with two toasts made with L'Authentico D'Italiano white bread (no crusts - 2 with butter and corn syrup), one butterfly pork chop with one white mushroom and a salad (iceburg lettuce and 15% cream), Cheetos puffs, macaroni with green onions and white mushrooms pan fried in butter and sauce made by a friend, Ritz original cookies, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter and a Les Aliments M&&M poutine.

Yesterday I had Rougemont fieldberry cocktail, Coke, Pepsi and Orange Crush with two toasts made with L'Authentico D'Italiano white bread (no crusts ~ 1 with butter and corn syrup and 1 with butter), McDonald's (1 big mac trio), Froot Loops (like chips), white mushrooms and green onions pan fried in butter with rotini and sauce made by a friend and Ruffles nature chips.

Yesterday I had Rougemont orange cocktail, Pepsi and Orange Crush with one scrambled egg and one white uncooked potato pan fried after the egg and butter, one slice of medium cheddar cheese, white mushrooms and green onions pan fried butter with bows and sauce made by a friend and a salad (iceburg lettuce and 15% cream), Freddo milk chocolate santas, white uncooked potatoes and white onion pan fried in olive oil and butter, Ritz original cookies, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter, part of a caramel Aero and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had Rougemont fruit punch, Pepsi and Orange Crush with one toast made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - with butter and corn syrup), all dressed pizza (took out the pepperoni and green peppers + only ate the inside of the top crust[do that almost always when its not that i dont eat anything of it al all]) and fries (with ketchup) from Le Normandin, Ruffles nature chips, Knorr homestyle cheddar pasta with green onions and white mushrooms pan fried in butter and Cheetos puffs.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had Rougemont grape cocktail, Coke, Pepsi and Orange Crush with one scrambled egg and one white uncooked potato pan fried in the grease and butter, McDonald's (1 mcnuggets trip with bbq sauce), one Freddo milk chocolate santa, Ritz original cookies, some of the pizza leftovers, some of the pasta leftovers, two Freddo milk chocolate santas and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had Rougemont peach cocktail and Pepsi with five toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), food made by my mom (salad + ground beef & white boiled potatoes & sauce), Ritz original cookies, Freddo milk chocolate caramel center santas, Ruffles nature chips, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, Froot Loops (like chips) and macaroni with sauce made by a friend.
