If you love Halloween like I do, you are probably already planning what dishes you want to serve at your annual Halloween BOO-ffet. I wanted to give you a preview of one of the most gross and disgusting dishes I have posted to date: Cat Litter Casserole, so you can try it on your family before Halloween. Although there are dozens of cat litter casseroles on the web, mine uses quinoa, which looks a lot more like cat litter than rice. I'm also planning to post another cat litter casserole that calls for couscous, which also looks like cat litter. You can see a preview of the casserole:
