Hi there everyone,

What flowers should you choose for your pots and containers and planters? Well, I always say that whatever you choose will be right for you, thank heavens for choice and difference.

...............................................................

Perfectly Perennial

Perennial is what perennial does
See those that I grew are still is and not was,
And they can last for longer that a year by far
Such prettiness in my pots, so much more that they are.

Now some annuals can be perennials too,
I guess it depends on the gardening you do,
But perennials aren't annuals, not really I say
Unless you're planting new things and they're in your way.

For an explosion of colour, texture, form and much fun
Self-seeding perennials just can't be beat for one
And for two, when frugal habits are needed just in
Perennials will serve you all agin and agin!

...............................................................

Cheers now - let's go for CREEPERS next time ... unless you want to add a verse to anything.

FRUIT AND VEGETABLE GARDENING: If you eat mostly the produce from your fruit and vegetable container gardening, you won’t have to worry about your arteries ever hardening.

FELAFEL: Anyone who thinks it’s awful never had a bit or a mouthful. So pita please for the sake of those luscious fried chickpeas, why don’t you try some felafel.

The Rambutan: I am certain if you try a sweet rambutan you will likey it as much as its tropical fruit relative the lychee. Yet enjoy it more than the closely related sour longan, although none have any glutan.

Honeydew Melons: Some are so pulpy you’d never want to try to gulpy while others are so mushy they’re only good for a slushy. Thus I don’t want to gripe but for a honeydew melon how can you tell if inside it is firm and ripe so you can choose a swellon?

TURNIPS: Being raised proper when served a turnip I don't just spit it on out. Rather, I merely turn up my lip.

Peas can be icky when boiled until sticky
but served fresh and green
They're a marvelous bean
to satisfy even the picky.

BELL PEPPERS: With a huge sack full of red, green, yellow, orange, and purple around my neck, not leaving a single one for a bird to peck, I suppose you could call me a selfish pepper schlepper.

CELERY: Ogden Nash gnashed that eaten raw it developed the jaw Yet stewed it was more quietly chewed but I think sin-cerely Celery is swellery because it's never smellery.

THE PERSIMMON: Imon my opinion if you ate only persimmon you’d certainly be a slimmon full of mineral and vitamin but as a diet it would be borin’ and a grimon.
