I so understand this. Every month I have feelings of instability due to hormonal fluctuations. I am prone to feeling more emotional and more susceptible to stress and sadness. I have come to recognize it for what it is and I do not take medication but instead have learned to self soothe to talk myself down from emotional episodes. It has greatly helped.

That's so great that you can remain present throughout the toughest times:) I find it a fabulous mindfulness practice. I love how you manage these challenging times without medication
