I decided that instead of an exercise today, I would share my new exercise routine:

M,W,F = Cardio, I either ride my bike or walk on treadmill. I try to get my heart rate into the training zone for my age.

T, Th = 15 minute HIIT strength routine-sounds easy but you work hard in your 15 minutes.

I also try to do yoga every day,in the morning, not early. I'm not a morning person. I'll let you know how this works out. Enjoy!
