I've noticed many people are there own worst enemy, in terms of relationships, career, happiness etc.....what are the ways that you have found successful in terms of centering yourself when your instinct is to burn bridges instead of take a deep breath and relax

When my instinct turns destructive, I just stop and think first before doing anything that would end in a disaster. I have my bad days but I don't let that affect my judgment or my actions. Although I had my regrets dealing with relationships and decisions, I try to move on because thinking it over and over again would make me crazy.

If I have any problems, I pray to God to give me guidance before acting on the situation. Life is full of ups and downs, it's how you handle life that matters. Don't let negative thoughts be the start of a crack in a whole relationship, career, etc.
