Nancy -

It is so wonderful to see you back! I was thinking about you a lot while you were gone, wondering how you were doing. I'm looking forward to talking with you again!

I started us a new thread for 2014, so that we could use it more easily -

Eating Log for 2014

So definitely post there each day and we can help support you!

That is wonderful that you are eating more attentively! It's so true that the more we make healthy eating a habit, the more it's likely to happen. That means we feel better about ourselves, we have more energy, and we make better choices overall. It's the foundation for everything.

I suggest you slide on over to the 2014 log, so we can start fresh with our brand new year!
