I'm currently on Day 4 of a 14 day detox. No sugar, no dairy, no bread. (which are all of my favorite foods). It was a lot harder the first day or two but now I'm settling in nicely. The hardest part is planning what I'm going to eat so I don't end up around a bunch of other people eating pizza and ice cream. LOL

I've been juicing spinach, bananas and strawberries in the morning for breakfast. Does anyone have any favorite juicing recipes?
