Aside from all the "pop-ups," I guess I found something significant or profound in having it happen. I found I spent something without having it to do w/finances.

But today, I've spend nothing, "dollar-wise." In fact, it's really weird, but I keep getting gifts here and there that pretty much make everything broken around the house work, lol.

I'm kinda lookin' for the bale of hay and the 3-wise Men!

Because, it's just one thing after another...from fruit to "Apparatize" (my own word) that's enabling all the stuff I DO have left - functioning better than anything I could afford or have yet to see on any market doing the same job or one that's actually worth paying for wink

Okay, yesterday I took my MIL to the Restore and we got a lot of books with the $2 a bag sale. We also got the $3 a bag deal with misc christmas stuff. What was really nice was that she paid for everything. So besides driving the two miles to the Restore, I didn't spend anything yesterday.

I also didn't spend money on anything today.

Loong, that's great about the eyeglasses. That is one of those things that's worth spending real money on. It's a beautiful universe, and it's such a gift to be able to see it. smile

Karen, good job not spending anything today. What 'gifts' around the house are you getting?

Dan and I went for a walk along Lake Mary yesterday, which was a free activity, although driving there did cost $1 in gas.
