For the past 3 weeks I've been eaiting pinto beans/refried beans, w/salsa on top, a layer of creamcheese and raw veggies on top and I bake it.
Protien and bananas and Mexican food seem to be my theme. Soon, though, I'll will be moving to root veggies and soups. I have one that you realy can't tell the difference between it and the Olive Garden Minestrone (sp)?
But, most of our foods are home made in bulk and eaten, then frozen for quick meals or so my husband can take it to work
