I almost had no stress today, only a few seconds here and there!

41 days left!

My stress was higher today. It was like my parents realised that I had two days with almost no stress and they needed to change that. I was not near a breakdown like it happened so much during the past months thankfully. And until today when I started talking over them they would stop but my mom just would not today, she would even do it louder.

Thursday is a big day for me so tomorrow my plan is to relax and be in a good place Thursday to do what I need to do.

40 days left!

My stress was lower today, I was able to block most of the stress away, it was hard at times but I did it.

39 days left!

The only stress I had today was when I left work and got on a different train..I wondered if I was going to Manhattan (but read that this particular train wasn't doing that for 14 months in the light of Hurricane Sandy Repairs), but forgot about that on the train...lol..panicked and had to find a conductor when the train stopped..all sweaty and frustrated now at this point.

I was fine. No need to panic. I need to trust myself more.

I got on the wrong bus once and started panicking but luckily the bus driver was nice and stopped and showed me the place where the correct bus would stop. But the worst was when I went to my first Hockey game alone, going there was fine there was a tunnel where the subway is that goes straight to the arena but they close that tunnel when the game starts and I only found that when the game was over. I was lost and kept asking people where a subway station is and I kept on being sent to the wrong places (some people told me that it could be because i had the other teams jersey on but people in my province are like that so who knows) until I found an English speaking couple who directed me to the right place, it was about time I found them because I was close to a panic attack.

I had another low stress day today, even lower than yesterday.

38 days left!

Thankfully low stress today. Life has been good.

Today my stress was high and it was again because of my parents, both of them worked very hard to drive me crazy and it almost worked because I was on the edge many times, I still don't know how I was able to not blow up.

37 days left!

I had a better day today. Low stress and better luck (last night after my comment here was awful.....first i had white strings [no idea from what] in my food then a spider that i lost for a while and then when watching a favorite movie of mine that i havent seen in many years i hurt my left wrist just by running my left hand in my hair.......hopefully tonight will be better!!!).
