Yesterday I had muesli with milk and fresh watermelon for breakfast, peanut and veg soup for lunch, a spoon of peanut butter, small bowl of chips in the afternoon, mashed potato, bacon, cheese pie, and corn for dinner, another small bowl of muesli for dessert and more watermelon chunks. In between I drank weak Ceylon ice tea with lemon wedge. Currently I eat no beef but have chicken about 3 times a week.
