So I took my ativan at 2:33 and went straight to bed, I was writing waiting for it to take effect but at 3:12 nothing so I put my book and pen away then closed the light. After a while it was starting to take effect but after I changed my position it stopped. It ended up working because I slept all the way to passed 12:00 without waking up and I was not tired and I was relaxed. I stayed in bed because I was comfortable and got up at 14:01 still not tired and still relaxed. I did not stay relaxed all day though, my parents were able to get to me but it took longer than usual.

Today I almost had no stress. The few times my parents got to me was more annoyance than stress, instead of being stressed or/and angry I just rolled my eyes or/and sighed.

Hmmmmm.... Me thinks me might be parallel spirits in some ways. I've heard or read people have almost a magnetism of sorts. Just uncanny similarities. ME? I've simply begun calling it trans-communication

Another low stress day today. There was a small period tonight with my mom but I kept on playing songs on Youtube until she stopped. My dad almost got me earlier but he stopped by himself.

Today was another low stress day but it was higher than the previous three low stress days. My mom almost got me a few times. I'm also having troubles with my ears (my left especially), I know it's just wax but it's annoying and scary (its not usually like this), there's no ear drops left so I'll have to wait for tomorrow.

Most of my stress today came from when my left ear starting hurting after putting drops in it (it still hurts sometimes...i know its nothing serious but im still freaking out a little over this...if it would be serious i would not be here but in the hospital losing it...me and pain dont go well together especially when its serious). I don't remember one time today when my dad annoyed me (he did get mad at me because i had a different opinion on something that happened in Toronto) and my mom was almost not annoying today.
