Low stress. I have been working outside today and that is always good for me.

Nonexistent, if that is possible. Am on a beautiful island with family & my beautiful dogs--swimming, reading, doing whatever my heart desires. Today could not be better.

It was high again today and again because of my parents. They are slowly driving me insane and they both happy about it.

On 22:45 there's a movie playing on Super Channel with Michael Fassbender that I haven't seen before and I'll watch it. If I end up hating the movie (X-Men: First Class) at least I would of seen Fassy.

70 days before my little break!

Dear Janet,

When you speak of the stress you beleive ,you will be living today, is it outside stress,or inside stress?
This is an oxymoron, stress is always coming from your Mind ,nowhere else.

Welcome to the group.

Loong,

On September 30 my parents will go see an old neighbor of ours and they will come back on October 4, I tried getting them to go longer (im paying for their gas...its cheaper than me renting something for a vacation) but they won't eventhough they too want a break (for me its a break from them and them its a break from this place).

Today was better. They did get to me but I was able to calm myself shortly every of those times. I was getting worried because the past few days my stress was so high that I thought I was going to lose it for real!

69 days before my little break!

Except for a while this morning and for two to three hours tonight my stress was low. Tonight I will take my first of the ten ativan, hopefully it will help me get a good night sleep and most of all it will help me wake up relaxed and stay relaxed tomorrow.

68 days left!

Nancy -

Getting a good night's sleep is definitely key to being able to roll with what life gives you each day. It helps you maintain your balance. It's great that you are finding ways to get good sleep!
