For breakfast I had three fried eggs and grape juice. For the rest of the day I had a slushie (3 spoons of orange powder and 1 cup of water) and Pepsi with a poutine from the town's restaurant, a salad, salted peanuts (took them out of the shells then added salt) and cherry Starbursts.

I also took vitamins, calciums and 330ml of water (1 cup was for the slushie).

That is great that you started with eggs! Protein is important for your body. I'm sure your body was happy with that set of nutrients!

Salads are awesome. I highly recommend a salad a day smile.

Lisa,

I do have more energy the mornings I have eggs for breakfast, I also can go longer without feeling hungry again. That is why I am planning on eating eggs every breakfast when I will have a better and healthier routine.

That's wonderful that you're having salads - they are just so good for you. And eggs for breakfast is excellent as well!

I forgot to mention the fried eggs I ate last night. It's rare but I sometimes have the craving for eggs during the day, it's mostly for breakfast when I want to eat eggs except for egg sandwiches.

You consume very little protein so I'm not surprised at all that you are craving eggs! Your body absolutely needs protein every day in order to repair the body parts that are failing and aging.

It's important to make sure you eat some protein every single day.
