Last night I had Pepsi and Ginger Ale with uncook carot, meat and vegetables (a salted pork with 4 sandwich steaks and a pork chop [all except the salted pork were in the freezer] carots and broccoli), chocolate (Aero), cheese (2% cottage), fussilli with tomato juice and chips (wavy Lay's). For breakfast I had grape juice and two toasts. Earlier I had Ginger Ale and Pepsi with half the meat and vegetable leftovers and an ice cream sandwich.

this is part of my problem - I have no routine when it comes to eating - either in the foods I eat or the time. I need to get into a routine so I am not snacking all day long.

For breakfast I had grape juice and three toasts (2 with just butter and 1 with butter and golden corn syrup). For the rest of the day I had Pepsi with french fries and a cheeseburger (with mustard, onions, relish, salad and tomato...she was not asked to add the salad and tomato..i kept the salad but took off the tomato...love tomatoes but not in cheeseburgers and hamburgers), chocolate (Aero), orange Starbursts and shell pasta with mushrooms fried in butter, tomato sauce and cheese.
