I think it is important not to overdo these herbs and to work with your physician for the right balance. I know there have been people who do not do well with too much ginkgo biloba or ginseng. I guess anything in moderation.....

Thank you Debbie. I know most people think herbs are okay to take...which they are. However, you do have to watch how much and with what you take them with. Some herbs you cannot take together as they will counteract each other.
