Yellowtail, raw and thinly sliced, sandwiched between two layers of sushi rice along with a bit of wasabi, red shiso leaves.
(It's a type of pan sushi that you slice into little rectangles to serve.)
You can add more layers of other ingredients like a layered sandwich or sushi lasagna!

Nutella!
Btw, speaking of Danish (earlier post), I've started watching Eagle on Netflix. It's a police drama set in Denmark. The main character was born on Iceland so sometimes he speaks Icelandic. The Danish speakers seem to think it sounds quaint. I'm following it with the English subtitles, but now and then I recognize English borrowings and a few words that sound the same as Swedish. (I picked up a few Swedish words when I watched the Swedish version of Wallander a couple of months ago.) So, I'm weird.
Anyway, next sandwich starts with Y or S.

Maeve, thanks for stopping by! Nutella is always a good choice for those sweet sandwich treats.
Lori, as always, a unique sandwich creation.
Salami, bologna, pepperoni, ham, and Swiss cheese dressed with chopped salad and Italian dressing on a baguette.
Next: S or E (first letter of first word and last letter of last word.)

BTW, nobody needs to put the first and last letters in a different color. That's just me playing around and having a bit of teacherly fun.
