Yum, Debbie! And quite healthful, too!

This morning, I'm having cottage cheese with sliced bananas. I was never a cottage cheese lover but suddenly I've really gotten to the point where I enjoy it very much. Either with fruit for sweetness or cheese or salsa for savoriness.

Last night I made cakes (Duncan Hines White...i added milk instead of water and whole eggs instead of egg whites...i normally eat from another cake mix but these were 1$ a box not too long ago) and ate lots of that paste and white uncooked potatoes fried in butter and vegetable oil with Pepsi. This morning I had one english muffin with grape juice. As a snack I had a little bacon hickory potatosticks with water (VERY rare that i drink water with food). Earlier I had the rest of Sunday's macaroni and cheese and a white uncooked potatoe fried in vegetable oil and butter with Orange Crush.

That's great that you like cottage cheese! I find you can train your mouth to love any food if you give it time. I used to greatly dislike carrots. Now I love them on my salads, and they're good with nutrition.

That is *awesome* that you had fried eggs! I love fried eggs, especially the crunchy outer parts. Do you like the yolks whole or runny?

I love it runny. I rarely eat the white though, I know it's the healthiest but I don't really like it. I normally (thats what i did this "morning"...it was passed 14:00..haha) cut the yolk with my fork then use bread to get all that yummy runny egg.

I think tomorrow I'll make boiled eggs, it's been a long time since I've eaten any and I have the craving for some now. If I still have that craving that'll be my next breakfast!

Have you ever made poached eggs? If so is it really that difficult to make? I've seen how you do it while watching Master Chef, it looks hard but not that hard.

The first recipe of eggs that I found and will try first is a baked egg nest (separate the white and yolk...beat the white..put it on a piece of bread...make a hole...put the yolk...15 minutes in the oven...looks good!!!).

I forgot to add that when I was young I hate salad (just putting some on the tip of my tongue and i would throw up) and for a few years now I love salad. It's weird how our taste buds changes with the years.

Last night I had Pepsi with spaghetti and tomatoe paste, grape original Skittles and white uncooked potatoes and white onions fried in butter. This morning I had grape juice and one toast with butter and golden corn syrup. Earlier I had Pepsi with a pickle and a steak.
