Dear Lori - Oh I didn't mean to make anybody feel guilty! I was just explaining the sequence of events. It's fine that people are busy! Yes I have an Outlook alarm set on my computer. It's the only way I'd realize it was coming up. I get so involved in projects that time slips away  .

One way to begin a regular meditation practice is to take a small retreat - for a day or weekend. This sets up a routine to be continued at home. Creating a formal meditation time is a choice. When I began meditating in the mid-70s it changed my life for the better. I encourage you to give it a try.

That is an awesome recommendation. I adored my retreat at Kripalu. It helped make me realize how wonderful a meditation session felt. I do highly recommend it.
Only 10 minutes until the meditation at 10pm! My fire pit is blazing along beautifully; I will have a relaxing fire-based meditation. How will you meditate tonight?

It's wonderful when we can get even a minute to meditate! Those minutes add up!

I agree completely with Susan! Short meditations are still wonderful! I let Bob know when I go to meditate, so he's aware to let me be Only ten minutes away from the 10pm meditation! Pull up a comfy pillow, have a glass of water, and open your mind to serenity!
