I posted a pic of my Serenity Box on my FB page if anyone here is a 'friend'. Yes, it is a worry box. I gave it a more peaceful name and decorated it in a way that makes me happy to look at it.

Back in 1994, after a car accident left me sitting, I did this I also realized that many of my goals weren't things I really wanted to do any longer. So I shorten the list.

When I got involved in life coaching training, my list shortened again when I created my life plan. My goals, with dates, are now all about that life plan. When I think up a new goal, I ask myself "how does this fit in with my plan" --is this something I want to add now.

Achieving our goals is certainly a moment to cherish and very motivating for others too. Ambition is one thing but obtaining something with passion involved in it is what actually matters.
