Went to bed at 4:48 and got up at 14:17 (without an alarm clock). I spent lots of time trying to fall asleep and I did wake up a few times but I was able to sleep.

Went to bed at 3:37 and got up (without an alarm clock) at 13:31. It took what seemed forever to fall asleep then woke up soon after for again what seemed forever.

Went to bed at 2:45 and got up (with an alarm clock) at 12:45. I slept a little bit more than last night but I again took a long time to fall asleep and again woke up a few times for a long time so I am very tired.

Went to bed at 1:34 and got up at 8:34 (with an alarm clock). Spent again most of that time awake, I almost got up when it was not even 6:00 because I thought I would never fall asleep but I did for a few minutes for a weird scary dream then I again spent a few hours asleep to again fall asleep for a few minutes then I saw it was almost time to get up but of course I had to fall asleep for a few minutes to be awaken by the alarm clock.

I slept terribly last night, but do you per chance happen to remember the dream or just the feeling of it?

The dream I had, I was a nobody, but somehow made it into a play! This is really cool...

Well, normally my husband and I wake up and say, "Did you have any dreams?"

This time I didn't ask him I just told him mine. Anyway, he showed me this video of a woman I guess it's viral?


She's dancing by herself, listening to music via Ipod or whatever at a bus stop. Well anyway, someone video taped it and she'd been offered a spot in a play.

That hit a "home-run" when he told me...I'm like, that's about right. I had a hard time w/my lines and I was nervous. I also remember in the dream i was frumpy while others knew how to do make-up and suff. My hair was frizzy and I just clipped it back.

Yes I remember that dream, I wrote it down in the dream topic.

Went to bed at 1:51 and put the alarm clock at 10:51 so not to sleep too much but I closed it and stayed in bed until 13:14, I slept most of that time and tomorrow I have to get up at 10:00 so I bet I won't be able to sleep tonight and I'll be a tired mess at my appointment!

Went to bed at 2:34 and got up (with an alarm clock) at 10:45. It took me a while to fall asleep and I woke up a few times but I was able to sleep lots of the time.

At 4:37 I took an ativan (have 1 left....will only use it if i have a panic attack or im extremely nervous about something extremely important coming up or something like that) at 4:45 I stopped writing and I got up at 15:16. It did not take me a while to fall asleep and I did wake up a few times (the first 2 only for seconds and the other times a few minutes...i think in all i woke up 3 or 4 times). I slept well and it took me a long time to get up because I was so comfortable in my bed.

I had an average night.
