English muffin open-face with broiler toasted cheeses.
(I like a combo of Swiss, Colby, pepper jack, and provolone. Put the Colby on top, since it is tastiest browned off!)

Debbie, it is toooo cute. It looks just like little oak leaves. The stem is crunchy, but the tips are so tender. Of course, with the oak leaf shape, you need to overlap it.
