Great article! I recently got back into yoga after a 10 year hiatus. It's amazing how inflexible I became over the years and equally amazing how quickly my body now wants to become flexible while practicing yoga. There's nothing like the feeling you get after a good yoga class. Ahhhhhhh...or rather...ohmmmm.

I had a Thai Yoga Massage yesterday where the practitioner puts you positions and stretches you. It felt amazing while it was happening and today I feel every part of me aching. Was a good workout
