Hi there I'm Tracy the new Yoga editor. Love your Yoga routine Samantha. I also start the day with Yoga, including pranayama and meditation. Like you say it is such a great way to get focused and ready for what comes. Cat cow is one of my favourites to start the day too along with tadasan, spinal rotations, the camel ride and spinal twists.
