Eggplant, zucchini, red onions, tomatoes all sliced and brushed with a blend of garlic-infused olive oil and fresh lemon juice, sprinkled with sea salt and roasted over coals. Served in a pita pocket bread half spread with hummus.
Next up: T (I think. Is it the last letter of "eggplant" or the last letter of the entire description "hummus" so "s?")

I hate to see you play all by yourself! LOL.  S Sonora-style street torta! I don't know if there is such a thing but I couldn't think of an "S" sandwich. So I looked it up and there are such sandwiches! Street tortas are filled with refried beans and melted cheese stuffed into a bolillo, a small French bread-type roll. Take out some of the white bread filling and spread with beans and cheese. Grill or wrap in foil and place under broiler to heat. Then, fill with sliced ham or pork and top with pickled jalapenos and cabbage. MMM.

Lori, Les, Lestie, and Debbie, would it be okay to use your sandwich ideas in some articles? I am thinking of compiling some of these great ideas into extra articles. Would that be okay with you guys?
