In the United States people are not allowed to drink alcohol when aged under 21 by law - even in private at home.

But there are places where it is perfectly legal for under 21 year-olds to drink wine, as I found when I was

LOL, they need to really rethink the drinking age.

Why?

A lot of these folks are not ready to handle the decision of how much to drink. I have gotten to the point where I don't watch the news - too many traffic deaths by drunk drivers who get to walk away alive.
