You can earn money writing online. You can also be a forum moderator, some forums look for bilingual moderators depending on the niche. If you have other experience (programming, design, administrative skills etc.) search online for freelance jobs, crowdsourcing or outsourcing.
You'll find sites like ODesk, Elance, Vworker, Freelancer.com, and Guru. Some are free or have a basic level of membership.
