I just posted a recipe for my favorite mint cookies that I grew up eating at my Grandma's house. Her recipe was an adaptation from a winner in the Pillsbury Bake-off in 1949. When I collected the recipe booklets from past bake-offs, I learned that many of the recipes we just assume have always been around were actually winners in past bake-offs - like (Oatmeal Caramelitas and Peanut Blossoms). Do any of you regularly make classics that were past winners?
