OMGosh! I will have to pass that PEEPA charter on to our owner/manager. You are such a very creative person, Beetle -- you should be the POPE : President Of Peeps Ethics.  This PEEP fantasia is getting stronger by the minute. I love it. I have not been this excited since Granpappy painted the pot belly pigs with polka dots.
