One of my friend has a high metabolism so she can eat anything without getting fat. She gets that from her dad and he's super skinny and has a flat belly, so do her brothers. Her belly sticks out a lot and she wanna get rid of it without buying any pills.She has a while to lose it so she plan on wanting to get rid of it naturally, is there any way for her to lose most of it?

Hi if your pal desires that flat belly, besides eating the right food Japanese style, she should also try this old fashioned exercise, which you might say is quite outlandish but it works perfectly.

its the Japanese squat for toilet, now i understand you getting queasy about it but you can do this, even if you are not in the loo, all you do is squat with your toes taking your weight, tummy sucked in, as far as you can go.

maintain the same position for a count of ten, rise and do it again, thats all i'm sure your pal would be thanking you, if not me.

You are hilarious Joy. Exercise is outlandish to some folks but like you said it works especially the right type. I'm wondering if this guys friend has a dysfunctional core. Usually skinny people with poochy stomachs who can get away with eating whatever and who's parents or siblings have a flat belly have motor amnesia of the deep abs (transversus abdominis or TVA for short).

This happens for many reasons but primarily injury, poor posture, surgeries. The squat with dumbbell overhead press happens to be one of the best flat stomach exercises so great that you brought up the squat too!!

The best way on how to lose stomach fat is not through ab exercises but through a careful diet that will help you eliminate fat from the whole body and exercises that will contribute in losing weight and fat from all body areas and not just the stomach. There are no diet programs or exercises that can target fat in the stomach alone but instead by reducing the proportion of fat from the body will eventually give you a flatter stomach.

Hi dear, for losing the belly fat you should try the following tips Do exercise regularly Running, swimming and jogging Drink plenty of water Control your diet Take more boiled vegetables Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits Drink fresh fruits juice Take green tea and use fish oil

Really its useful for women and girls. Avoid from spicy food and do walk and yoga daily. Yoga is a great tip for loss belly fat. After 1 week you see a clear difference, after and before.
