Everybody is going to hate me, and this is going to start another argument, but, at what point did they stop taking her to the hospital to give birth, and just started setting up a box under the stairs like a kitty...though, I've never seen a cat give birth to 20 kittens.

For them, having a lot of kids is just like having a child with an illness. It's their ticket to easy money to have those kids and they exploit it to make more money. It's just I'll-logical and immoral to have children for the purpose of a photo shoot or to make money. It's hard to me to believe they want to have so many when they are famous, for the simple reason they want them. I sound cynical but I think they are just trying to keep the spotlight on themselves. Personally, I don't think there's anything spectacular about changing tons of stinky diapers. I don't find the glamour in tons of screaming toddlers. And I certainly don't see the appeal in sharing my entire personal life on TV for the world to see. It's just greed to me.

Dear Mrs. Duggar, I've had it! I can't take anymore. How can you expect me to function in such a way. I'm exhausted and tired. I quit! Sincerely, Your Uterus

More power to them. They can afford it. Not my place to tell anyone else how to live their lives.

None of us are trying to tell the Duggars how to live their lives. They will do what they want to and always have. Just giving our opinion as child-free people, and we are free to do that here. If we don't agree with the unreasonable amount of baby making these people are doing, it is nice to be able to talk about it and give our reasons why we don't agree. That is what this forum is about. Free speech.

Actually, her doctor told her two kids ago to stop having kids. The last one they had is very ill and is still on oxygen, or was the time of the announcement of the latest Duggar. I think these people have some sort of underlying pathology. Just because they have money and no debt does not negate that possibility.

In fact, per Dr. Drew, they may have some sort of post-miscarriage syndrome. Their very first pregnancy ended in miscarriage and I guess there is some sort of snydrome that people can go through after that that causes them to breed continuously. It was news to me but if Dr. Drew says it, it has to be right... right?

OMG....are you kidding me? I never heard of this syndrome but if it does exist then I would think that two reasonably intelligent and sane people should be able to stop procreating after a few more babies.

So the doctor told her to stop having kids TWO babies ago, and the youngest is ill and still on oxygen? Wow..... The fact that the Duggars don't give a d@mn about what happens to their babies after being medically advised to stop having them is a sure sign that these two people are neither intelligent nor sane. Why would any caring parent want to endanger such a precious and innocent life? It's not like they don't have many children already to care for and love.

The writing is on the wall, and it is exactly what I have been saying all along.......UTTER SELFISHNESS.

It makes me sick.

Are you serious?! Wow, that's...way too many, and yet if you have 20 cats/dogs/birds/pets you're mentally deranged and ill.

You're mentally deranged and ill, and in a lot of cases the protective agencies for animals will come and take the animals away from you.
