LOL, I thought as much.
My daughter was fortunate to have "caring" teachers the 18 years she was with someone else other than me - it was hard going back to work after 6 weeks of maternity leave - I cried more than she did(lol). That first day back at work, I would spend my breaks at her daycare, but once I could see the love in the daycare staff - I soon could relax and know she was in good hands. It takes a very special person to be dealing with kids and it is so sad we are losing this as more and more teachers are being forced to take other jobs just to be able to survive. Now we have a lot of folks that need a paycheck and are teaching our little darlings.
At daycare, folks began to teach her things. I counted my blessings every day and hope she will have the same when she has her first child. She is now 25, the only child I have, and looking forward to being a grandmom one day.
