Interesting...one of mine did, the other did not. I have boy/girl twins, with a very talkative older sister, and it was the girl twin who had speech delays, the opposite of what it usually expected. My son spoke very early and very clearly. In my daughter's case, I think she is just naturally a more reserved personality, and between the talking of my older daughter and her twin, she decided to just sit back and not talk. Now at 5, she is all caught up, I am happy to say.
