The first thing most people look at and notice first is your eyes. Are your eyes bright and clear or are you among the millions that are affected with bags and puffiness?

Aloe Vera plants always helps. It gives a cooling sensation to your eyes and makes you feel instantly refreshed.

Haven't tried cold spoon yet. I'm using an eye cream, Reviving Eye Cream, that diminishes dark circles, fine lines, and wrinkles and remove puffiness. But if I feel like using alternatives that I can find in the kitchen, I use raw potatoes for my dark circles.

Great article...

i have used cold spoons for a long time for when someone cries. I always keep two spoons in the freezer as back ups when myself or a friend cries and put it on after to help reduce redness and swelling...

also works well with bruises!
